- An incorrect product was delivered.

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
Estimated delivery times are generally between 7 and 14 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Free shipping is available on orders exceeding AED 100.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered customization, production, packaging, processing, or shipment.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
