Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not entered:

After 12 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If cancellation is approved within the eligible period, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
